The new-generation R-Class
Comprising an all-round air suspension and the Adaptive Damping System ADS, the optional AIRMATIC package delivers a smooth, refined drive. The systems automatically govern the effect of the shock absorbers at each wheel and adapt them to the current road, load and driving characteristics. This reduces roll and pitch movement, e.g. when cornering quickly or on poor road surfaces.
Driver and front passenger enjoy the luxury of Executive Chairs in the interior. A wealth of variability begins behind these seats. The new R-Class is available as a 5-seater with a large tailgate as standard, as well as an additional stowage compartment and a volume of 51 litres in the luggage compartment floor.
The interior of the new R-Class is not only spacious; it also offers outstanding flexibility. For example, the model is available in three variants, offering up to seven seats and provides even the youngest passengers with excellent travelling comfort and extensive safety features.
