Zung Fu Management Trainee Programme 2016

Introduction

The programme aims to develop talents who, over time, will be capable to head one of our departments or divisions.

The Management Trainees will undergo a comprehensive 2-year job rotation programme across various divisions to gain a wider business perspective, and to build general management capabilities. Upon the completion of the training programme, the Trainees will be assigned to specific divisions, depending on their abilities, preferences and the Company’s requirement. Continuous training and development opportunities will be offered for the Trainees’ career development in the Company.

Requirements

Fresh University graduates with Second Upper Honours or above in engineering or business related disciplines with up to 2 years of working experience Excellent   command in both English and Chinese   Self-motivated, proactive, innovative and with genuine interest in motor industry   A team-player with pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Selection Schedule for 2016 Intake

Submission of application:

Late Dec 2015 – Mid Mar 2016

Written test:

Mar 2016

First interview:

Late Mar – Apr 2016

Panel interview:

Late Apr – May 2016

Final interview:

Late May – Jun 2016

Offer of employment & Programme commencement:

Early Jul 2016
